This week I was introduced to and actually used Skype! I have seen it before and heard about it and knew exactly what it was, but to use it was so much fun!
While at school (not during class time, of course) I was able to speak with and video chat with girls in Germany and Sweden. I am interviewing potential Au Pairs and this tool makes this process amazing. We are actually able to have a conversation with someone across the world, for free, and see them. It helps us to connect and get a better feeling of who the person is and if we can trust them with our children. I love it!
